Feeding a team should be the easiest part of the workday. Pineapple Sol caters office and team lunches from our Cary kitchen with individually boxed meals and family style platters, delivered to offices across Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Morrisville, and Research Triangle Park. Everything is packed, labeled, and arranged so people can grab a box and get back to the meeting instead of crowding around a serving line.

Most teams start with our Individual Bundles: bowls, salads, sandwiches, or wraps, individually packed in sets of 12, 16, or 20 servings. The bowls follow our cafe favorites, including the Chicken Bowl with antibiotic-free chicken, cilantro jasmine rice, and sweet chili sauce, and the Mediterranean Bowl built on organic house-made falafel with hummus and tzatziki. Prefer handhelds? Wrap and sandwich platters arrive cut into halves and arranged for sharing, and family style salads feed 10 to 12 per platter. Recurring weekly office lunches

If your office eats together every week, we can make it a standing order. Tell us the headcount and the day, and we rotate bundles so the menu never goes stale: bowls one week, wraps the next, a salad and sandwich mix after that. One point of contact at our kitchen handles changes and headcount bumps, and lunch shows up on schedule without anyone re-entering an order every Monday.

Delivery, setup, and lead time

We ask for 72 hours notice on catering orders, which keeps everything made fresh for your date rather than pulled from a cooler. Delivery and setup are included in the quote: we bring the spread in, set it up in the break room or conference room, and label everything clearly. Cary offices are practically next door to our Waverly Place cafe, and Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Morrisville, and RTP are all inside our regular delivery routes.

Halal, vegetarian, and gluten-free coverage

Dietary coverage matters in a mixed office. All meat at Pineapple Sol is halal, so the answer to “can everyone eat this” starts at yes. Vegetarian mains like the falafel wrap, the caprese sandwich, and the Mediterranean Bowl are built into the bundles rather than bolted on, and gluten-free bread or wraps can be substituted on sandwich and wrap orders. Flag allergies in your order notes and we label boxes accordingly.

How ordering works

There are two ways to order. For straightforward drop-off lunches, order self-serve through EZCater and pick a delivery window. For larger events, recurring orders, or anything with setup questions, request a quote and we reply within one business day. Not sure which fits?
