Halal & Dietary
Is Pineapple Sol halal?
Yes. All meat we serve is halal across the entire menu - breakfast, brunch, lunch, and catering. The one exception is our charcuterie and grazing boards, which use a curated selection of deli meats that are not halal.
Is your halal meat certified?
Yes. We source our meat from halal-certified vendors, so the chicken, beef, and turkey throughout the café and catering menus come from certified halal suppliers.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. Gluten-free bread and wraps are available on request, and many dishes are naturally gluten-free - including our signature bowls, salads, and the vegan Signature Açaí.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan favorites include the Veggie Burger, the Mediterranean Bowl with house-made falafel, Avocado Toast, and the vegan, gluten-free Signature Açaí.

What does Pineapple Sol serve?
All-day breakfast and brunch, lunch bowls, sandwiches and salads, specialty coffee, organic matcha lattes and flights, wellness smoothies, and mocktails - all in a fully halal kitchen.
Can I order online for pickup?
Yes. Order ahead online and your order is usually ready in about 10 minutes, or walk in. We serve the full menu all day.
What are your hours?
We are open daily from 7 AM - Monday to Friday until 4 PM, and Saturday to Sunday until 5 PM.
Catering & Events
Do you offer catering, and where do you deliver?
Yes. We cater across the Triangle - Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Morrisville, and RTP - with breakfast catering, lunch bowls in bulk, hot trays, grazing tables, and charcuterie. We deliver and set up.
How much notice do you need for catering?
We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice on catering orders so everything is prepped fresh. For large or fully custom orders, reach out as early as you can and we will build a plan around your date.
Can I host a private event at Pineapple Sol?
Yes. Our space at Waverly Place hosts rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays, and private gatherings. Rent the hall on its own or add full catering, charcuterie, and grazing tables. For exact capacity and availability, request a quote and we will confirm for your guest count.
Do you make charcuterie and grazing tables?
Yes. Charcuterie boards for 2-30 people and full grazing tables for 50+, styled for showers, weddings, and celebrations across the Triangle - delivered and set up on-site.
