Cake orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payment must be received a week before the event.
A cake decorated in buttercream will not look the same as a cake decorated in fondant.
If a picture is provided to us to reference the design please note that the cake will not always look exactly the same as the picture.
All cake orders once delivered are non-refundable.
For any reason there are any issues that arise after the cake is delivered please contact us ASAP for any concerns.
