Located in the vibrant Triangle area of North Carolina, Pineapple Sol has been delighting guests since 2022. Founded by visionary female entrepreneurs Dahiana Vitabar and Aleena Azhar, both first-generation Americans from immigrant families, the restaurant was born from a passion for uniting people through food, creativity and community.
In October 2024, Pineapple Sol was proudly passed to a local, family-owned and operated business, committed to honoring the founders’ spirit of warmth, inclusivity and love for halal-friendly cuisine. Under new ownership, that same commitment to quality, hospitality and culture continues to thrive.
