Our Story
Located in the vibrant Triangle area of North Carolina, Pineapple Sol has been delighting guests since 2022. Originally founded by visionary female entrepreneurs Dahiana Vitabar and Aleena Azhar—first-generation Americans from immigrant families—the café was built on a passion for uniting people through food and community spirit. In October 2024, Pineapple Sol was proudly sold to a local, family-owned and operated company, committed to preserving that same warmth, inclusivity, and love for halal-friendly offerings. The tradition of creating magical, welcoming experiences continues under new ownership, ensuring Pineapple Sol remains a cherished part of the Cary community.
