Yes. Sunday brunch runs all day, from 7 AM to 5 PM, with the full menu available the whole time - French toast and pancake flights, chicken and waffles, omelettes, and specialty coffee and matcha. No reservation is needed. Late Sunday morning is our busiest stretch, so come early or order online for pickup.

**Is Pineapple Sol halal?**

Yes. All meat we serve is halal across the entire menu - breakfast, brunch, lunch, and catering. The one exception is our charcuterie and grazing boards, which use a curated selection of deli meats that are not halal. We can build a halal board on special request - just ask when you order.

Yes. The fried chicken in our chicken & waffles is halal, and so is the antibiotic-free chicken in our bowls and wraps.

**Do you offer halal catering in the Triangle?**

Yes. We cater across Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Morrisville, and RTP, and all meat on our catering menu is halal - breakfast platters, bundles, hot trays, salads, and wraps. The one exception is charcuterie and grazing boards, which use deli meats that are not halal; we can build a halal board on special request.

**Do you have gluten-free options?**

Yes. Gluten-free bread and wraps are available on request, and many dishes are naturally gluten-free - including our signature bowls, salads, and the vegan Signature Açaí.

**Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?**

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan favorites include the Veggie Burger, the Mediterranean Bowl with house-made falafel, Avocado Toast, and the vegan, gluten-free Signature Açaí.

### Coffee & Matcha

**What is a coffee flight?**

Our Coffee Flight is four mini lattes served together so you can taste several at once. This fall it is Pecan Pie, Tiramisu, Pumpkin Biscoff, and Banana Bread. It is $15.95 and one of the most ordered items on our coffee menu. We also serve matcha flights.

**Is the espresso organic?**

Yes. Every drink is pulled with organic espresso and made with organic syrups. We also serve organic drip coffee and organic matcha. Specialty lattes come in 12 oz and 16 oz, hot or iced, with your choice of milk.

**What specialty lattes do you serve?**

Our signature lattes are Banana Bread, Tiramisu, Cardamom, Pumpkin Biscoff, Dubai Chocolate, and Pecan Pie, in 12 oz and 16 oz. We also serve cappuccinos, flat whites, cortados, americanos, cold brew, and organic matcha lattes: Pumpkin Cloud, Pecan Pie, Banana Bread, Tiramisu, and Ube.

**Can I get food with my coffee?**

Yes. We serve breakfast and brunch all day alongside the coffee menu, so you can pair a latte with a full meal rather than just a pastry.

### Açaí Bowls & Smoothies

**Do you have açaí bowls in Cary, NC?**

Yes. Our Signature Açaí Bowl is organic raw açaí topped with vegan gluten-free granola, strawberries, blueberries, banana, chia seeds, and organic peanut or almond butter. It is $15.95 and served all day, every day from 7 AM at 302 Colonades Way, Ste 109 in Waverly Place, Cary, NC 27518.

**Is the açaí bowl vegan and gluten-free?**

Yes to both. The açaí is organic and unsweetened, and the granola is vegan and gluten-free. Choose organic peanut or almond butter, or ask us to leave it off.

**What smoothies do you serve?**

Three 20 oz wellness smoothies, blended to order: Laguna Beach, Coconut Cloud, and Cocoa Cabana. All three use whole fruit rather than juice or sorbet.

**Do your smoothies have protein?**

Coconut Cloud and Cocoa Cabana are both blended with vanilla protein. Cocoa Cabana also has peanut butter. Laguna Beach is the lighter, fruit-forward option.

### Catering & Events

**Do you offer catering, and where do you deliver?**

Yes. We cater across the Triangle - Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Morrisville, and RTP - with breakfast catering, lunch bowls in bulk, hot trays, grazing tables, and charcuterie. We deliver and set up.

**How much notice do you need for catering?**

We ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice on catering orders so everything is prepped fresh. For large or fully custom orders, reach out as early as you can and we will build a plan around your date.

**Is there a catering delivery minimum, and what is the cancellation policy?**

Delivery starts at a $150 minimum, and the delivery fee is quoted with your order. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your event time carry a 25% fee; outside that window there is no charge. Direct orders include a 3.75% service charge.

**Can I host a private event at Pineapple Sol?**

Yes. Our space at Waverly Place holds 40 to 50 guests and hosts rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays, and private gatherings, daytime or evening. Rent the hall on its own or add full catering, charcuterie, and grazing tables. Request a quote to check your date.

**Do you make charcuterie and grazing tables?**

Yes. Charcuterie boards for 2-30 people and full grazing tables for 50+, styled for showers, weddings, and celebrations across the Triangle - delivered and set up on-site.
